At StartX, I worked on Alignment, a strategic decision-making product built for early-stage teams operating under real ambiguity. My work spanned product diagnosis, system design, and go-to-market framing, focused on turning Alignment from a high-interest strategy resource into a tool people actively used to make decisions. I owned the work of identifying where and why users stalled, translating that insight into product and AI logic, and pressure-testing it live through real traffic and founder use.

Audited the product and activation funnel end-to-end
Analyzed behavior across SWOTanalysis.com to identify a critical gap between engagement and activation.
Redesigned the core product flow
Reframed the experience into a Read → Use → Decide system, introducing intent-based entry points, clearer decision moments, and continuity for returning users so progress accumulated instead of resetting.
